About Journal
Linguistic Research is a semiannual journal that publishes Research Papers in Theoretical, Applied Linguistics, Related Areas of Ancient Culture and Languages, Studies in Iranian Language Dialects, as well as Various Trends in Linguistics (Teaching, Semiotics, Semiology, Theories of sign, Semantics / Semiotics of discourse, Discourse analysis, Sociolinguistics, Psycholinguistics and etc.). In addition, the journal welcomes review articles.
This peer-reviewed open access journal which is published by University of Tehran set to work in 2010. It welcomes innovative research articles that bring new matters and pose fundamental questions.

All the original articles and review papers published in this journal are free to access immediately from the date of publication. We don’t charge any fees for any reader to download articles and reviews for their own scholarly use.
