Journal of Linguistic Research: About the Journal

The Journal of Linguistic Research is a biannual academic publication dedicated to publishing research articles in the fields of theoretical and applied linguistics, as well as related areas such as culture and ancient languages, studies of Iranian language dialects, and diverse subfields within language studies. These include language teaching, linguistics, semiotics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, pragmatics, and more. Additionally, the journal places special emphasis on publishing book reviews.

The journal accepts submissions exclusively in Persian (Farsi). Articles written in other languages, such as Russian, English, French, Arabic, etc., will not be considered.

All articles published in the journal are open access, meaning they are freely available to everyone. reuse of the journal’s content is permitted provided that appropriate credit is given by citing the original source.

Copyright of published articles remains with the author(s). By submitting their work, authors grant the Journal of Linguistic Research the right of first publication. After publication, authors may share their work in whole or in part on websites, in other publications, or in books, provided that the original publication in the Journal of Linguistic Research is properly acknowledged.
