چکیده

در این جستار پدیدارهای نمود و تحمیل در زبان فارسی از منظر دستور نقش و ارجاع (ون ولین و فولی،1980؛1984) و رویکرد رودریگز (2014) در سطح محمول و لایه های نحوی هسته، کانون و بند در زبان فارسی بررسی می‌شود.  هدف پژوهش مشخص کردن انواع نمود واژگانی افعال، تعیین عملگرهای مؤثر در ایجاد تحمیل و نمودگردانی و ارائه سلسله مراتب عملگرها در تعیین نمود نهایی جمله بر اساس چارچوب مورد نظر است.  روش انجام این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و داده‌های مورد استفاده در این مقاله به روش میدانی و از مکالمات روزانه، مجلات، روزنامه ها و مصاحبه با گویشور زبان فارسی گردآوری شده است. در این پژوهش ابتدا نمونه هایی از افعال فارسی منطبق با طبقات نمودی متفاوت (ایستا، فعالیتی، تحققی، دستاوردی و لمحه ای در لایه هسته و طبقه افعال فعالیتی-تحققی در لایه کانون) ارائه گردیده، و سپس ویژگی هر یک از طبقات نمودی با به کارگیری آزمون های نحوی-معنایی متفاوت مانند به کارگیری عملگرهای متفاوت دستوری و قیدهای متفاوت در جمله تبیین میشود. در ادامه نقش عملگرهای متفاوتی مانند نمود دستوری ناقص و کامل، عملگر تام، حروف اضافه جهتی، ماهیت ارجاعی اقمار درونی افعال و همچنین نقش انواع قیدها (قید تداومی، قید تکمیلی، قید بسامدی، قید تعیین‌گر، قید سرعت و پویا) در تحمیل نمودی بررسی شده، و جایگاه آنها در سطوح متفاوت جمله مشخص خواهد شد سپس، انواع نمودگردانی ناشی از باهم‌آیی طبقات نمودی با عناصر و عملگرهای جمله در قالب فرمول های صوری بازنمایی شده، و جایگاه هر یک از عناصر ذکر شده در لایه های هسته، کانون و بند تعیین می‍گردد. در نهایت، برای ترتیب و چینش عناصر در هر یک از لایه‌های هسته، کانون و بند سلسله مراتب خطی و فرافکنی سازه‌ای پیشنهاد می­شود. استنتاج پژوهش روشن می‌سازد که تحمیل میتواند در هر سطحی اعم از هسته، کانون و یا بند رخ دهد که در نتیجۀ آن ماهیت طبقه فعلی تغییر خواهد کرد.

The Syntax of coercion: Aspect and Aspect shifting in Persian Based on the Role and Reference Grammar

چکیده [English]

This study investigates the phenomena of aspect and coercion in Persian through the lens of Role and Reference Grammar (Van Valin & Foley, 1980; 1984) and Cortes-Rodriguez’s (2014) approach, focusing on the predicate level and the syntactic layers of nucleus, core, and clause.  The study aims to identify aspectual categories of the verbs, determine the operators influencing coercion and aspectual shift, and present a hierarchy of these operators in shaping the final aspectual interpretation of the sentence based on the chosen theoretical framework.The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the data are collected through fieldwork from daily conversations, magazines, newspapers, and interviews with native Persian speakers. First, the paper introduces examples of Persian verbs corresponding to various aspectual classes (states, activities, accomplishments, achievements, and semelfactives at the nucleus layer, and activity-accomplishment classes at the core layer). It then explicates the properties of each class using syntactic-semantic tests, such as the application of different grammatical operators and adverbial modifiers within sentences. The tests are employed to illustrate the aspectual nature of the verbs. Subsequently, the study examines the roles of various operators like perfective and imperfective grammatical aspect, perfect operator, directional prepositions, the referential nature of internal arguments, and different types of adverbs (durative, completive, frequency, delimitative, speed, and dynamic) in aspectual coercion. Next, we try to explain and identity the structural position of each operator within sentence layers. Lastly, the paper represents types of aspectual shifts resulting from the interaction of aspectual classes with sentence elements and operators through formalized formulas, determining the placement of each element within the nucleus, core, and clause layers. To structure and sequence elements across these layers, the paper proposes a linear hierarchy and syntactic projection model. Findings demonstrate that coercion can occur at any level—nucleus, core, or clause—leading to changes in the verb class
