بررسی اختلال واجی بی‌ثبات (IPD) بر مبنای مفاهیم عصبی پردازش گفتار و زبانشناسی شناختی درکودکان 5 تا 7 ساله فارسی زبان

چکیده
این مطالعه پژوهشی، با تمرکز بر بررسی اختلال واجی بی‌ثبات (IPD) در کودکان فارسی‌زبان سنین ۵ تا ۷ سال، از رویکرد زبان‌شناسی شناختی به ویژه دستور شناختی لانگاکر، نظریه ی سرنمون رش و مدل عصبی-زبانی دوگانه هیکاک و پاپل بهره می‌جوید. داده‌های گفتاری از هفت کودک مبتلا به IPD جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از روش‌های کمی و کیفی تحلیل شد. این افراد در تولید مختصه‌های واجی وابسته به بافت، تغییرپذیری نشان می‌دهند و بنابر عقیده برخی از محققان، در طرح‌ریزی حرکتی واجی نیز مشکل دارند. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از نکات زیر است: ابتدا، ارتباط بین ناپایداری خطاها در تولید واج‌ها، مانند تبدیل /k/ به  /t/، و نقص در رمزگذاری واجی در مرحله فرمول‌بندی مدل لولت، با ۷۳٪ از خطاها، مشاهده شد. دوم، ساده‌سازی هجایی به شکل تبدیل ساختارهای CVC به CV، به‌عنوان استراتژی غالب برای کاهش بار شناختی کودکان (CV با میانگین ۰.۶۸) به‌شمار می‌رود. سوم، اختلال در عملکرد جریان پشتی مغز، به‌ویژه در  اتصالات عصبی لوب آهیانه- قشر پیش‌حرکتی، به‌عنوان عامل عصبی در ناپایداری تولید واج‌ها شناسایی گردید. مقایسه بین‌زبانی نشان داد که در زبان فارسی، خطاهای IPD عمدتاً شامل جایگزینی واج‌ها است، در حالی که در زبان‌هایی با خوشه‌های واجی پیچیده مانند انگلیسی، کاهش این خوشه‌ها غالب است. این پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌کند که درمان IPD باید بر تقویت نشانه‌های واجی و بهبود عملکرد مدارهای عصبی جریان پشتی متمرکز باشد. بنابراینIPD  به عنوان نقصی چندوجهی در نظر گرفته می‌شود که ناشی از تعامل ناکارآمد سیستم‌های شناختی، زبانی، و عصبی است. از این رو، درمان آن نیازمند رویکردی جامع است که بازنمایی‌های ذهنی واج‌ها و مدارهای عصبی مرتبط را هدف قرار دهد. پیشنهاد می‌شود تمرینات درمانی بر اساس نظریه رش، با تمرکز بر تقویت بازنمایی سرنمون‌ها از طریق واژگان پرتکرار، طراحی شود. همچنین، روش‌های نورومدولاسیون مانند تحریک الکتریکی مغز  (tDCS)  برای بهبود عملکرد قشر پیش‌حرکتی و انتقال طرحواره‌های واجی، می‌تواند مفید و موثر واقع شود

Investigation of Inconsistent Phonological Disorder in Persian-Speaking Children Aged 5 to 7: A Neural and Cognitive Linguistics Perspective

چکیده English

Employing a Cognitive Linguistics framework—specifically Langacker's Cognitive Grammar, Rosch's Prototype Theory, and Hickok and Poeppel's dual-streams model—this research explores Inconsistent Phonological Disorder (IPD) in Persian-speaking children aged 5-7 years. Speech data from seven children with IPD were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods, revealing the following results: First, 73% of phoneme production errors showed a relationship between instability (e.g., /k/ to /t/ substitutions) and a deficit in phonological encoding at the formulation stage of the Levelt model. Second, syllabic simplification in the form of CVC to CV structures was the dominant strategy for reducing  cognitive load              in children with IPD (mean of CV syllables = 0.68). Third, dysfunction in the dorsal stream, especially in the parietal-premotor connections, was identified as a neural factor in the instability of phoneme production. Cross-linguistic comparisons showed that in Persian, IPD errors mainly involve phoneme substitution, while in languages with complex phoneme clusters, such as English, the reduction of these clusters predominates. This study suggests that efficient IPD treatment should focus on strengthening phoneme cues and improving the function of dorsal stream neural circuits. In addition to enriching the neurocognitive literature on IPD, the findings of this study provide guidelines for the developing integrated treatment protocols. Therefore, IPD is considered a multifaceted deficit resulting from the dysfunctional interaction of cognitive, linguistic, and neural systems. Its treatment requires a comprehensive approach  targeting  both mental representations of phonemes and the associated neural circuits. It is suggested that therapeutic exercises be designed based on Rosch's theory, focusing on strengthening the representation of exemplars through frequent words. Also, neuromodulation methods such as transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS)  may prove useful and effective  in improving  premotor cortex function and the transfer of phonological schemas.
